Rayanne's Fried Cabbage |  Vegetable Day

Makes 4 servings - uses 10 oz of your daily vegetable allowance

Ingredients
  • 1 medium cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 TBSP Walden Farms peanut spread
  • 1 TBSP Walden Farms garlic & herb sauce
  • PAM
  • suggested seasonings (add or omit to desired taste)
    • black pepper
    • garlic
    • adobo
    • salt
    • hot pepper flakes
Directions
  • spray frying pan with PAM
  • sauté cabbage, making sure to watch it because it burns easily
  • add onions and green peppers
  • stir
  • spray more PAM and/or add a bit of water to prevent the vegetables from sticking
  • when tender, stir in peanut spread and garlic & herb sauce
  • keep stirring
  • add desired seasonings, to taste
  • keep stirring
  • cook to desired tenderness
  • enjoy!
