Halloween Veggie Skeleton Crudité And Dip | Vegetable Day

Makes 1 servings - uses 10 oz of your daily vegetable allowance
Ingredients
- lettuce leaves
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 6 baby carrots
- 4 celery sticks
- 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cherry or grape tomatoes
- 2 broccoli florets
- 2 sugar snap peas
- Walden Farms Alfredo sauce
- Good Seasons Italian dressing packet
- ¼ tsp xanthan gum
- 1 olive sliced (to decorate, not to eat)
Directions
- in a small bowl, combine Walden Farms Alfredo sauce and contents of Good Seasons Italian dressing packet (to taste)
- add xanthan gum to thicken the dip
- start with a pinch and gradually add more to thicken to desired consistency
- the bowl of dip will become the head of the skeleton
- arrange the veggies on a platter in the shape of a skeleton as in the photo
- note: the olive slices are only for creating the eyes and are not “legal” for use on the program
