Directions
- you can use whole or torn/cut Kale leaves (bite-sized pieces)
- lightly spray with PAM (flavor of your choice)
- lightly salt
- spread out on a cookie sheet or pizza pan
- bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes
- they come out crispy like chips!!
