Caramel Apples | Vegetable Day

Makes 1 serving. Uses 1 serving of daily fruit allowance.
Ingredients
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- Walden Farms or other zero-calorie caramel syrup
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Peel and core apple.
- Slice the apple into pieces (not too thin).
- Place apple slices in a microwave safe bowl.
- Pour caramel syrup over apple slices and sprinkle cinnamon over the top, to taste.
- Cook the caramel apples in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- If you prefer softer apples, cook for an extra minute.
- Enjoy!
