Gilda's Guacamole | Vegetable Day
Ingredients
- 1 Haas avocado (mash with fork to consistency you like)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ to 1-teaspoon chili powder, to taste
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced in very small dice
Directions
- mix together
- note from Gilda: I like to add the tomato dice for additional texture. You can add cilantro.
- It's great to add to salads but I like it as a dip for crudités
