Gilda's Bok Choy Soup | Vegetable Day
Ingredients
- 8 oz. veggie broth
- 1 or 2 ribs of bok choy, sliced thin on the diagonal-stem and leaves
- 1 scallion chopped
- sliced shitake mushrooms
- fresh ginger (if you have some, about a quarter-size slice)
- Miracle Noodles (optional)
- Bragg's Amino Acids (optional)
Directions
- heat veggie broth
- add bok choy, shitake mushrooms, scallion, fresh ginger
- add rinsed Miracle Noodles (optional)
- bring to a boil and simmer 1 to 2 minutes
- add Bragg's Amino Acids (optional)
