Makes 20 oz milk
allotment) - Tastes like pie!
2 cups whole milk
1/4 c unsweetened instant tea (found in iced tea aisle)
1/4 c whole milk yogurt1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp vanilla
2 packets sweetener
Ice Cubes in blender, combine all ingredients except ice.
Process until blended.
Add ice to make a thick shake.
Divide as preferred.
Ice Pops (Anita)
Using an ice pop maker (Anita has a 4-pop maker):
9 ounces of water
4 packets of True Lemon or 2 packets of True Lemon and 2 True Lime
2 small packets of Truvia
Stir well, pour into ice pop maker and freeze.
Another variation: Add a couple of tablespoons of Walden Farm's
zero-calorie strawberry syrup.

You're just 2 ingredients and a few ice cubes
away from enjoying a gigantic low-cal slushie!
Ingredients:
1 serving Crystal Light Lemonade drink mix (either 1/8th of a tub or 1/2 of an
On The Go packet)
2/3 cup frozen mixed berries
2/3 cup crushed ice
Directions:
Dissolve Crystal Light into 8 oz. of cold water. Combine with ice and berries in
a blender and process until well mixed but still icy. Pour into a tall glass and
enjoy! Makes 1 super-sized slushie.
Fresh Fruit Smoothie (Mid-day snack) (Cathy)
The day before: fill an ice cube tray with strong Crystal Light orange drink,
freeze.
Freeze 1-inch banana chunks on waxed paper.
Blend a few sections of an orange or tangerine, 2 frozen banana chunks, a few
frozen berries, small piece of an apple, 8 oz or more of crystal light orange
drink and about 5 frozen Crystal Light ice cubes. Try any fruits, you can't go
wrong.
