Pineapple Mango Salsa |  Vegetable Day

A delicious twist on a favorite side dish, this salsa is great on its own or used as a dip or salad dressing. This recipe brought to you by member Acc(u)Gerri.

Makes 4 servings - uses ½ cup of your daily fruit allowance and ½ oz of your daily vegetable allowance

Ingredients
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • ½ red pepper, chopped
  • ½ red onion, chopped, optional
  • Cilantro, chopped, to taste
Directions
  • Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  • Chill.
